RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation.
As with our standard return policy, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
